0. Operator

These Terms govern use of BeautyVIA. The service is operated by:

1. Service

BeautyVIA provides AI-assisted virtual try-on of hairstyles and related looks. Results are previews for entertainment / styling inspiration and are not a guarantee of a real-world salon outcome.

2. Accounts and salon QR

Registered users are responsible for their credentials and credit usage. Salon QR links let guests run try-ons billed against the salon owner’s credits and subject to pool, per-guest, and network limits set by the owner. Guests are told before TRY that photos may be stored in the salon history for about 10 days.

3. Acceptable use

  • Upload only photos you have the right to use.
  • Do not upload illegal, exploitative, or non-consensual imagery.
  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or security controls.
  • Do not reverse-engineer or overload the service in a harmful way.

4. AI-generated content

Generated images may contain artifacts, bias, or unexpected results. We may refuse or fail generations that trigger safety filters. You may download results for personal use in connection with the service; commercial redistribution of the platform itself is not granted by these terms.

5. Credits, billing, and taxes

Credits, plans, and daily pools may change. Payments are processed by Stripe. Where Stripe Tax is enabled, applicable VAT/sales tax may be calculated at checkout based on your billing address. Receipts and invoices are provided by Stripe (email/Dashboard). The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, or abuse mitigation. We are not liable for indirect losses from downtime or unsatisfactory AI output to the extent permitted by law.

6. Privacy

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Data-subject requests: see the Privacy Policy “Your rights” section.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after publication of changes means you accept the updated terms for that deployment.
